Lagrein IGT Vallagarina – 100% lagrein planted to chalky soils at 350 meters. Manual harvest and hand
sorting. Fully destemmed. Fermentation with selected yeast in stainless steel for six days. 10 day maceration on skins before being pressed off into French barriques for six months. Wine is filtered and fined through three months of bottle age before release.
