Cotes du Rhone Rouge – 55% grenache and 45% syrah from 11 year old vines in clay and limestone soils. 300-360 meters elevation. Destemmed and hand-sorted. Natural yeast fermentation. 20 days maceration and 7 months on fine lees aging
in stainless vats. Wine is filtered but not fined.
